C.A.L. Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, an account identifier and sign-in information. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by C.A.L. in readable form.

• What you share with C.A.L.: messages to the AI coach, daily coherence check-ins, journal entries, goals and projects, practice history , preferences and feedback.

• Voice: when you choose to talk with C.A.L. out loud, your microphone audio is processed to hold the conversation. When C.A.L. speaks to you, the text she says is converted to speech by our voice provider .

• Location: only when you use location features such as C.A.L. Maps, and only with your permission.

• Technical information: device and app version, error logs and basic service activity needed to keep the app secure and working.

C.A.L. asks your permission before using your microphone, location or notifications. You

can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.

How we use information

We use your information to run C.A.L.'s features, personalize your coaching, keep your

account secure, fix problems and answer your support requests.

AI responses can be inaccurate. Do not rely on C.A.L. for emergencies, medical diagnosis

or professional medical advice. Please avoid entering sensitive medical, financial or other

confidential information you are not comfortable having processed this way .
